Estimates & Payments Service estimates are provided prior to work. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered. Payment is due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include: - Credit/Debit Card - Cash - Mobile Payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Cash App, etc.) 4. Payment & Refund Policy

Accepted Payment Methods Galactic Tech Repair LLC accepts credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Cash App. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Diagnostic Fees A non-refundable diagnostic fee may be required to assess the device. This fee applies regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the repair. No-Fix, No-Fee If a repair cannot be completed, customers may be eligible for a waived repair fee; however, diagnostic fees and any parts costs remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refund Eligibility Refunds on parts or labor are at the discretion of Galactic Tech Repair LLC. To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of service completion and provide proof of payment. Chargeback Policy In the event of a chargeback, the customer is responsible for providing documentation to dispute the claim. Failure to resolve chargebacks may result in collections actions.

Repair Policy

Scope of Services Galactic Tech Repair LLC provides diagnostic and repair services for consumer electronics, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other related devices. Services may include hardware repair, software troubleshooting, data recovery, and part replacements. Repair Authorization All repair work must be authorized in writing by the customer. By authorizing repair, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges potential risks, including data loss or further device damage. Time Estimates We provide an estimated completion time based on initial diagnostics. This estimate may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Should delays occur, we will notify the customer promptly. Unrepairable Devices If a device is deemed unrepairable or the repair cost exceeds the customer’s approval, we will contact the customer with options including returning the device as-is, recycling, or salvaging parts, if applicable. Additional Issues If new issues are identified during repair that were not part of the original estimate, we will inform the customer and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

Refusal Conditions Galactic Tech Repair LLC reserves the right to refuse service under circumstances including: unsafe or inappropriate behavior, fraudulent devices, or lack of necessary parts. Terminating Service We may terminate service at any point if the customer violates store policies or engages in harassment or threats. Notification of Refusal If service is refused, the customer will be informed of the decision, and any pre-paid fees, excluding diagnostic fees, will be refunded. No Discrimination Service refusal is not based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics. Decisions are based solely on operational and safety considerations.

Device Abandonment Policy

Pickup Timeline Devices not claimed within 30 days of service completion are considered abandoned. We will send reminders via email and phone before declaring a device abandoned. Notification Process Notification will be sent to the customer’s last known contact information at 15 and 25 days after service completion. Failure to respond may result in abandonment actions. Disposition of Abandoned Devices Abandoned devices may be recycled, parts salvaged, or resold to cover storage and service costs. Any proceeds from resale are used to offset outstanding balances; remaining value is forfeited. Legal Ownership Upon abandonment, Galactic Tech Repair LLC assumes legal ownership of the device in accordance with applicable state laws. Customers relinquish any right or claim to abandoned devices.

Warranty Policy

Coverage Galactic Tech Repair LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on most repair services and replaced parts. Warranty coverage applies only to services and parts explicitly specified at the time of repair. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: pre-existing damage not addressed during the initial repair, accidental damage after repair, liquid damage unless included in the original service, or devices opened by unauthorized third parties. Voiding Conditions Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with by anyone other than authorized technicians at Galactic Tech Repair LLC, or if unauthorized replacement parts are used. Claim Process To make a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of service completion with proof of service. We will inspect the device and, if the claim is valid, repair or replace the defective part at no additional labor cost. Limit of Liability Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of covered parts or services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
